BUSINESS HOURS:
ALIMU is open from 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday.
ORDERING INFO:
In order for ALIMU to best serve you there is some basic information
you need to provide us with. We need to know the number of originals,
the intended use of the products you are ordering, the size needed,
cropping, the number of copies, paper surface required, color
specifications, and where special attention is necessary. Include
as many details as possible. If purchase order numbers are required
for payment they must be provided with the order.
SERVICE SCHEDULE:
Normal service scheduling is based on in-lab production time for
reasonable quantities. Approval prints, multiple services, large
quantities, messenger service or unclear instructions will require
additional time.
RUSH SERVICE AND EXTENDED HOURS:
Rush service is available on special request.
REMAKE POLICY:
ALIMU will gladly remake orders if it is technically possible
to improve upon the product within the parameters of the service
ordered and the original instructions supplied. All original materials
must be returned along with explicit instructions as to corrections
required.
DESIGN AND ART SERVICES
Consider us part of your art dept. We can design your labels or
follow your layouts and build the art for you. Please inquire.
COPYRIGHT POLICY:
Federal law prohibits copying or reproducing copyrighted material
without permission. Please supply us with a properly executed
release form when submitting copyright protected art for reproduction.
LIABILITY:
Although ALIMU exercises extreme care in handling film, prints
and original artwork, bringing any such materials to us for processing
constitutes an agreement by you that if any such film, print or
artwork is damaged or lost by us, it will be replaced with an
equivalent amount of unexposed film and processing, or cost of
materials used to create the artwork. Except for such replacement,
the handling of such materials by us is without warranty or liability,
even if the damage or loss is caused by negligence or other fault.
ALIMU cannot be held liable for jobs or originals which are completed
and remain in the lab for more than 30 days. Due to the type of
dyes used in photographic and digital imaging products and processes,
the colors in our products may change with time, and we therefore
make no warranty against change in color or density.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING:
ALIMU can ship via Canada Post, Fedex, Purolator, UPS or special
messenger. Charges are billed out at cost. On larger jobs special
packaging or crating charges may apply. Special shipping jobs
can be handled on a pre-paid basis or billed to charge accounts.
Insurance on shipments is available on request.

We accept cash, check, Master and Visa Card

Policy
ALIMU is committed to protecting any personal information that
you may provide to us.
This Web site is not intended for persons
under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly solicit or collect
personal information from or about children, and we do not knowingly
market our products or services to children.
Domain name information that we collect
is not used to personally identify you and instead is aggregated
to measure the number of visits, average time spent on the site,
pages viewed, etc. We use this information to measure the use
of our site and to improve the content of our site.
When other information is collected from
you, such as your name and e-mail address, we generally let you
know at the time of collection how we will use the personal information.
Usually, we use the personal information you provide only to respond
to your inquiry or to process your request (such as to receive
electronic annual reports or to be added to our supplier diversity
database). This information may be shared with other ALIMU businesses,
but only if necessary to fulfill your request or for related purposes.
If you register with one of ALIMU 's business
units online, they may use this information to provide you with
custom information about ALIMU 's offerings in support of your
business needs. You should review the privacy policy associated
with that ALIMU business' Web site for further information about
that ALIMU business' privacy practices. For example, a technology
